Every member of our team is professional and well trained. We conduct a thorough screening and interviewing process to identify the best home care providers, and only those who pass this process go on to complete training to deliver our special brand of home care and become Comfort Keepers®. What truly sets our people apart, though, is their natural gift for caring for others. 

All Comfort Keepers pass extensive background checks and complete continuing education. They are bonded, insured and covered by workers' compensation insurance to protect our clients and their families.

Jessica Bednarski, RN, BSN

Registered Nurse

As director of nursing, Jessica creates all client care plans derived from Comfort Keepers interactive client assessment. Jessica is responsible for all clinical protocols and private duty nursing services and provides clinical supervision to our caregivers to ensure that our clients are getting the best care possible. 

Jessica and her husband Christopher live in Euclid and enjoy rooting for local Cleveland sports teams. 

Linda Turnick

Office Manager

Linda brings 15 years of home care experience to her role as office manager, and is responsible for daily office operations and billing. Linda works closely with our client care team to make sure we are delivering the best care available to our clients. Linda also works closely with all payer sources to ensure that clients don't have interruptions with care.  

Linda and her family reside in Parma and enjoy bowling and hiking in the local metroparks. 

Vicki Ross

Human Resource Manager

Vicki brings 20 years of home care experience to Comfort Keepers as a Human Resources Manager. Vicki is responsible for recruiting and training of our qualified Care Givers. Vicki ensures that our clients receive a qualified match in their care giver.

Vicki and her husband Brian live in Lake County and she enjoys shooting pool and spending time with her 3 kids. 

Makayla Turnick

Administrative Assistant

Makayla serves in a lead support role to our HR, client care and administration team.

Makayla is the daughter of our office manager Linda, and enjoys photography in her free time.
