We conduct a thorough screening and interviewing process to identify the best home care providers, and only those who pass this process go on to complete training to deliver our special brand of home care and become Comfort Keepers®. What truly sets our people apart, though, is their natural gift for caring for others. 

All Comfort Keepers pass extensive background checks and complete continuing education. They are bonded, insured and covered by workers' compensation insurance to protect our clients and their families.

Office Manager

Linda brings 15 years of home care experience to her role as office manager, and is responsible for daily office operations and scheduling. Linda works closely with our clients to make sure they receive the best caregivers available. Being a Care Coordinator at Comfort Keepers is like running a huge family making sure all our staff and client’s are happy and taken care of.

Vicki Ross

Human Resource Manager

Vicki brings 17 years of home care experience to Comfort Keepers as a Human Resources Manager. Vicki is responsible for recruiting and training of our qualified Care Givers. Vicki ensures that our clients receive a qualified match in their Care Giver. Vicki and her husband Brian live in Lake County and enjoys camping, fishing, and spending time with her 3 kids.

Jennifer Imhoff RN

Client care coordinator

As client care coordinator Jennifer creates all client care plans as outlined from our original complimentary client assessment, and is responsible for all clinical protocols and private duty nursing services. Jennifer also provides clinical supervision to all our caregivers to ensure that our clients are getting the best care possible.
